/KASE, November 8, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
press release dated November 8, 2021:

"KazTransOil" JSC informs that by the order of the Chairman of the Committee on
regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2021 №117-PA, a temporary compensating
tariff for the regulated service for pumping oil to the domestic market of the
Republic of Kazakhstan through the system of main pipelines of KazTransOil JSC
was approved in the amount of 4 328,04 Tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km
(excluding VAT).
The specified temporary compensating tariff will be effective from December 1,
2021.
