/KASE, December 5, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on December
10, 2021 by absentee voting, with the agenda containing the following issues:
- on approval of the separate financial statements of the company as of and for
the nine months ended September 30, 2021;
- on distribution of a part of the company's net income for payment of dividends
on ordinary shares based on the results of separate financial statements for
nine months of 2021.
