/KASE, November 3, 2021/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 2, 2021 made a decision to include
bonds KZ2P00008162 (MFOKb2; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon,
will be determined based on results of the first successful trading on bond
offering; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in
the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is November 3, 2021.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
