/KASE, November 2, 2021/ – Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision on November 2, 2021, to include bonds KZ2P00008162 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on results of the first successful trading on bond offering; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The financial consultant of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP is Halyk Global Markets JSC (subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC). The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 19, 2021 for a total amount of KZT30.0 bn.
