/KASE, October 28, 2021/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 13, 2021, consent was
given for inclusion of proposed international bonds XS2399149694 ($500.0 mln,
28.10.21 – 28.10.26, semi-annual coupon, 2.00 % APR; 30/360) of Sovereign Wealth
Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is October 28,
2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds at KASE will be announced additionally.
Citibank N.A. (London, United Kingdom) is the payment agent and registrar of the
said bonds.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) SKKZe1.
