/KASE, October 26, 2021/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 30,
2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- determining the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- determining the term of office of the company's Board of Directors;
- election of members of the company's Board of Directors;
- election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company;
- determining the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the company's Board of Directors
for performance of their duties.
