/KASE, October 25, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company (Nur-Sultan), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 8, 2021,
the following persons were excluded from the Management Board following their
own initiative:
- M. Zhusupov – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- A. Dykanbayeva – deputy Chairperson of the Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Housing Company JSC consists of five persons: R. Issaev, A. Kuzdibayev, B.
Sagimkulova, D. Zharlykapov, A. Shabdarbayev.
