/KASE, October 22, 2021/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 23,
2021 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- on determining an audit organization for auditing the company's financial
statements for 2021;
- approval of changes to the company's charter.
