/KASE, October 21, 2021/ – MFO "Swiss Capital" (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of the changes to the issue prospectus bonds KZ2P00007818 (KASE
alternative market, category "bonds", MFSCb1; KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn; 3 years;
semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trading session on the offering of bonds; 30/360) registered on
October 15, 2021 by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation
and Development of the Financial Market.
According to the mentioned changes, the frequency of interest payment on the
mentioned bonds was changed from two times a year to four times a year.
