/KASE, October 21, 2021/ – Fincraft Group (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decision of its sole partner dated October 18, 2021: "to offer on the regulated
securities market the coupon bonds of the Partnership (ISIN KZ2P00006190) in
the number of no more than 5,000,000 ... pieces, with a total par value of no
more than KZT5,000,000,000.00 ... at a yield of maturity of no more than 14.5%".
