Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (the “Fund”), a national 100 %
state-owned management holding company rated at “BBB” by Fitch, “Baa2” by
Moody's, and “BBB-” by S&P, has authorized Citi, MUFG, UBS Investment Bank
and VTB Capital as Joint Lead Managers; First Heartland Securities and
Freedom Finance as Lead Managers in Kazakhstan to organize a global conference
call with investors on October 18, 2021 at 14:00 o'clock, London time / 15:00 CET
/9:00 New York time / 19:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time, as well as a
series of individual teleconferences with investors starting October 18, 2021.
Depending on market conditions, the debut issue of senior unsecured Eurobonds
with a maturity of 5 years being offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S will
follow. Stabilization according to FCA / ICMA.
Also, on October 19 at 12:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time, Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange JSC (KASE) as part of the Issuer Day project will organize an online
meeting in ZOOM with representatives of the Fund for investors and professional
participants of Kazakhstan's securities market.
