/KASE, October 11, 2021/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
September 29, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the
bank's Board of Directors:
- excluded: R. Mukhoryapov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: N. Tokobayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank"
house construction savings bank JSC consists of seven persons: K. Uskenbayev,
L. Ibragimova, Y. Khamitov, A. Omarkhojayev, E. Yermekova, D. Kydyrbayev, N.
Tokobayev.
