/KASE, September 30, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank"
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

As of September 29, 2021, the Fitch Rating Agency has upgraded and affirmed
the following credit ratings of the Bank:
Long-term Issuer Default Rating (hereinafter – IDR) has been upgraded to "BB-"
with a "Stable" outlook.
Short-term IDR was affirmed at "B".
Long-term IDR in local currency was upgraded to "BB-", outlook "Stable".
The national long-term rating has been raised at the level of "A-(kaz)", outlook
"Stable".
Support rating was upgraded to "3".
