/KASE, September 28, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 25,
2021 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on early termination of powers of members of the company's Board of
Directors;
- on determining the composition, the term of office of the company's Board of
Directors, the election of its members, including the Chairman of the Board of
Directors;
- on determining the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to independent directors of the company for the
performance of their duties.
