/KASE, September 24, 2021/ – NAC Kazatomprom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a notice of holding an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders by means
of absentee voting, which states the following:

JSC National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" ("Kazatomprom" or "the Company"),
actual address: 17/12 building, Syganak street, Z05T1X3, Nur-Sultan, Republic of
Kazakhstan, hereby notifies Company shareholders of its absentee Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"), convened at the initiative of
the Kazatomprom Board of Directors (Minutes No. 11/21 dated 24 September 2021)
on the basis of Articles 35-41, 43-47, 49-52 the Republic of Kazakhstan Law
"On Joint Stock Companies".
Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting
1. On the composition of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
In connection with the termination of powers of Galymzhan Pirmatov as the Chair
of Kazatomprom's Management Board, and the appointment of Mazhit Sharipov
as the Chair of Kazatomprom's Management Board, the Meeting will consider the
termination of G. Pirmatov's powers as a member of Kazatomprom's Board of
Directors according to his resignation letter and prior to the end of his term,
and the election of M. Sharipov as a new member of Kazatomprom's Board of
Directors for a period ending upon expiration of the term of office of
Kazatomprom's Board of Directors as a whole.
Start date for ballot submission: 01 November 2021.
Closing date for ballot submission: 09 November 2021, 6:00 pm (Nur-Sultan
time).
Date of absentee vote counting: 10 November 2021, up to 6:00 pm (Nur-Sultan
time).
Date and time when the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the
Meeting will be compiled: 01 October 2021, 00 hours 00 minutes (Nur-Sultan
time).
