/KASE, September 16, 2021/ – Subsidiary Organization Bank VTB
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty, bonds, KASE official list), has provided KASE with the
following message dated September 15, 2021:
The Board of Directors of Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) made a decision to elect
Anastasia Nelina as a member of the bank's Management Board.
Anastasia Nelina will be responsible for financial planning, forecasts of
financial indicators, treasury, as well as the bank's reporting.
"The financial plan is one of the main instruments to manage the bank, requiring
quick response and clear strategic thinking. I am sure that the appointment of
Anastasia Nelina, who has extensive experience in the financial sector, will
contribute to further development and better efficiency of Bank VTB in
Kazakhstan" - noted Dmitry Zabello, Chairman of the Management Board of VTB
(Kazakhstan).
Currently, the Management Board of Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) is represented by
Artem Badykov, Deputy Chairman, in charge of the retail block of the bank; Arman
Mangitov, Deputy Chairman, in charge of corporate and investment business;
Anastasia Nelina - Director of the Financial Department, and Dmitry Zabello,
