/KASE, September 6, 2021/ – ASTEL JSC (Almaty, shares, KASE official list),
has informed KASE that by the decision of its Board of Directors dated August
27, 2021, Abdrakhmanov M. was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors
of the company.
The Board of Directors of ASTEL JSC now consists of three persons: M.
Abdrakhmanov, N. Tungushbayeva, Sh. Usmanov.
