Extension of Forbearance Agreement Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG)
("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in
the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian
Basin, today announces that agreement has been received from all the members
of the informal ad hoc noteholder group (the “AHG”) to extend the expiry of the
current Forbearance Agreement from 4 p.m. BST on 3 September 2021 to 4 p.m.
BST on 10 September 2021.
The restructuring work is progressing, and the Company will make further
announcements when appropriate.
