/KASE, September 1, 2021/ – Joint Resources JSC (Almaty, shares, KASE
official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder
dated August 27, 2021.
The Shareholder, inter alia, took the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to approve the annual audited consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2020;
- not to distribute net income, and also not to pay dividends on ordinary shares
of the company for 2020.
