/KASE, September 1, 2021/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty, securities, KASE
official list), has informed KASE that by the decision of the general meeting of
its shareholders dated August 25, 2021 the following changes were made to
composition of its Board of Directors:
- former members: K. Rakishev - Chairman of the Board of Directors, B.
Mukazhanov - member of the Board of Directors, P. Mynzhanov - member of
the Board of Directors, S. Ivashkovsky - member of the Board of Directors,
independent director, A. Kusainov - member of the Board of Directors,
independent director;
- elected: K. Rakishev - Member of the Board of Directors, B. Mukazhanov -
member of the Board of Directors, P. Mynzhanov - member of the Board of
Directors, Y. Kospanov - member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, A. Kusainov - member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
The Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC now consists of five persons:
K. Rakishev, B. Mukazhanov, P. Mynzhanov, Y. Kospanov, A. Kusainov.
