/KASE, August 31, 2021/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC (Kyzylorda region, shares,
KASE official list), has informed KASE about the decision of its Board of
Directors dated August 27, 2021: "To additionally place 2,697,698 common
shares of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC, within the limits of the number of its
authorized shares, at the price of KZT1,239.72 per common share, in the amount
of 3,344,390,164 tenge and 56 tiyn ".
