/KASE, August 31, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 31, 2021 made a decision to list bonds KZ2P00007883 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful auction to place bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization KMF LLP (Almaty) in the main market’s "bonds" category of KASE official list. The date of entry into force of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced. The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of Microfinance Organization KMF LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on August 11, 2021 for the amount of 20.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Microfinance Organization KMF LLP is BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty).
