/KASE, August 31, 2021/ – ForteLeasing JSC (Almaty, shares, KASE official list),
has informed KASE that the composition of its Board of Directors was changed
by the decision of the sole shareholder dated August 25, 2021:
- G. Primbetova resigned as member of the Board of Directors;
- A. Sadybekov was elected as member of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of ForteLeasing JSC now consists of three persons: B.
Pirmatov, A. Sadybekov, M. Zhakezhanov.
