/KASE, August 26, 2021/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (Almaty, securities, KASE official list),
has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of
its shareholders held on August 25, 2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, decided to approve the payment of dividends on
common shares KZ1C00001536 (KASE main market, category "standard",
KSPI):
- in the amount of 415 tenge per one common share of the company;
- the period for which the payment is made - the second quarter of 2021;
- start date of dividend payments - August 25, 2021;
- the date of compiling the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends
is August 24, 2021.
