/KASE, August 19, 2021/ – As we announced, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 18, 2021 made a decision to list
bonds KZ2C00007862 (KAFIb11; 1,000 tenge, 40.0 billion tenge; 7 years, semi-
annual coupon, 11.90% per annum; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-
Sultan) in the main market’s bonds category of KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission entered into force on August 19, 2021.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced.
