Common shares KZ1C00000322 (KMSO) of Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir moved from alternative market’s "shares" sector to main market’s "standard" category of KASE official list from August 19

/KASE, August 19, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 18, 2021 made a decision to transfer common shares KZ1C00000322 (KMSO) of Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir JSC (Almaty) from the alternative market’s "shares" sector to the main market’s "standard" category of KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on August 19, 2021. KASE issued an opinion dated August 13, 2021, that according to the results of the inspection of Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir JSC and its specified shares, they meet the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules to be listed in KASE official list under the main market’s "standard" category.
