/KASE, August 18, 2021/ – National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 17,
2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements of the company
for 2020;
- to approve the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for 2020
in the amount of 73,057,107,000 tenge:
- to allocate 10 368 337 863.80 tenge for payment of dividends;
- to keep 62 688 769 136.20 tenge at the disposal of the company.
