/KASE, August 18, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE of the payment of dividends on its common shares for 2020 on August 16,
2021, an amount equivalent to USD19,000,000 at the market exchange rate as
of the date of payment.
