/KASE, August 17, 2021/ – ERG Exploration JSC (Rudny), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 10, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2020, audited by
Independent Auditor Centeraudit Kazakhstan LLP;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2020;
- not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020.
