/KASE, August 16, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that the following changes were made by the decision of the sole
shareholder dated August 10, 2021 to the Board of Directors of the bank:
- Former member - R. Abramyan, member of the Board of Directors,
independent director;
- Elected member - E. Duisemaliyeva, member of the Board of Directors,
independent director.
The Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC now consists of eight
persons: N.Kussainov, I. Poz, O. Sysuyev, Brawn David Mark, I. Pyatkov, D.
Ossin, S. Ayupova, E. Duisemaliyeva.
