/KASE, August 13, 2021/ – Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Halyk
Insurance Company (Almaty), whose common shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the payment on
August 10, 2021 of dividends on its common shares KZ000A1CTMQ3 (KASE
main market, category "standard", KZIS) for 2020 in the amount of 6,691.29
tenge per share.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends was compiled as of April
14, 2021.
