CJSC Pension assets management company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan is reorganized by means of joining to CJSC APF of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan

/IRBIS, August 14, 03/ - CJSC Pension assets management company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - PAMC) will be reorganized by means of joining to CJSC Accumulative pension fund of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter - Fund). The letter, which PAMC sent to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) today, says about it. "In compliance with the article 46 of Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan APF of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan assumes all rights and obligations of the PAMC", - the letter says. As follows from the deed of conveyance, which was confirmed on April 4 of 2003 the Board of directors of OJSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan and the annual general shareholders meeting of the Fund, the Fund assumes all obligations concerning all creditors and debtors of the PAMC, including obligations, which are disputed by sides.
