The Group's consolidated financial statement for 2002 comprises financial statement of Zangar Engineering LLP, Zangar Securities LLP , Zangar Service LLP (all - Almaty), which were founded in 2002 with 100% stake of KRTH "ZANGAR" OJSC in their paid authorized capital. Primary activities of daughter companies - technical service for KRTH "ZANGAR" OJSC. In the auditor's opinion the financial statements of the company and the Group exactly in all essential aspects reflects financial position of KRTH "ZANGAR" OJSC and its daughter companies as of December 31 of 2001 and 2002, results of their financial and economic activity and cash flows for the years, which ended by these dates, in compliance with International accounting standards.
