/KASE, August 9, 2021/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by the decision of the Board of Directors dated August 2, 2021 the following
changes were made to composition of the company's Management Board:
- Former member - Zh. Iskakov, Deputy General Director for Economics and
Finance;
- Elected member - T. Burambayev, Deputy General Director for Economics
and Finance.
The Management Board of AstanaGas KMG JSC now consists of four persons:
S. Makashev, A. Sermagulov, K. Tileubayev, T. Burambayev.
