/KASE, August 6, 2021/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the
annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 26, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, took the following decisions:
- to approve the audited 2020 financial statements;
- not to pay out dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020.
