/KASE, August 6, 2021/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE about the decision of its sole shareholder dated July 22, 2021:
"To approve the roadmap for transferring the loan guaranteeing functions of Fund
of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC to Entrepreneurship Development Fund
"Damu" JSC and merger of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC with
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC".
