/KASE, August 5, 2021/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 30, 2021, Ulf
Wokurka was elected as an independent director of the Board of Directors of the
company:
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KEGOC consists
of seven persons: K. Moldabayev, S. Tiyessov, Zh. Yegimbayeva, N.
Akhanzaripov, Zh. Bekenov, B. Kazhiyev, Ulf Wokurka.
