/KASE, August 3, 2021/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the Board of Directors dated July 21, 2021:
- to increase the company's liabilities by 28.36 % of the company's equity
capital by issuing corporate bonds in the amount of KZT40,000,000,000;
- the company must issue non-government bonds in the amount of
KZT40,000,000,000 and determine the conditions for the issue of corporate
bonds of the company in accordance with the appendix to these minutes.
