/KASE, August 3, 2021/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors
dated July 29, 2021, S. Gavrilov was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the
company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of "Halyk" Insurance
Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan consists of four persons:
Y. Kambetbayev, A. Borodovitsyna, A. Sychev, S. Gavrilov.
