Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC informed about changes in the Board of directors

/KASE, August 11, 03/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC has notified Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on August 11 of 2003 there was held prescheduled general meeting of the bank's shareholders. In accordance with recommendation of Kazakhstan Government General shareholders meeting of the bank elected and included vice-minister of finance of Kazakhstan Gani Uzbekov and the first vice-minister of industry and trade of RK Askar Mamin into the staff of its Board of directors. Authorities of following members of the Board of directors have been stopped ahead of time: Arman Dunayev, Leonid Ivanov and Aleksandr Andryushenko. Deputy Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Utembaev has been elected the Chairman of the Board of directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC.
