/KASE, July 30, 2021/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder of July 29, 2021:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2020;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company and to use net
income for the development of the company.
