/KASE, July 16, 2021/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank
of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of
shareholders dated July 14, 2021, the following changes were made to the
composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: Zh. Medetov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: K. Mussayeva – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Halyk"
Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan consists of five
persons: K. Arstanbekova, M. Naribayev, A. Karpykova, Y. Kambetbayev, K.
Mussayeva.
