/KASE, July 29, 2021/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the
Board of Directors dated July 21, 2021, G. Bitadze was excluded from the
Management Board of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of KazTransCom
JSC consists of five people: Y. Tulegenov, N. Mukayev, N. Bykovskikh, B.
Turzhanov, R. Arystanbekov.
