JSC National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" ("Kazatomprom" or "the Company")
announces that the payment of dividends based on 2020 financial results, began
15 July 2021 and was completed on 22 July 2021, to shareholders of record as
at 14 July 2021 (00:00 local time (GMT+6). A total of KZT 150,081,888,351 was
paid out to the Company's shareholders (KZT 578.67 per one ordinary share (one
GDR is equal to one ordinary share)), according to the decision adopted by
absentee voting by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (minutes No. 1 of
20 May 2021).
