/KASE, July 19, 2021/ – Karazhyra (Semey), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the
annual general meeting of its shareholders held on July 7, 2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's 2020 annual financial statements;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the company's net
income for 2020 in the amount of KZT4,712,039,000: to pay dividends in the
amount of KZT4,000,000,000, to retain the remaining amount of net income
for 2020.
