/KASE, July 14, 2021/ – ForteBank JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
its Board of Directors on June 29, 2021 made the following changes to the
company's Management Board:
- Former members: G. Andronikashvili - Chairman of the Management Board
(resigning on July 30, 2021), Sh. Nurumbet - Deputy Chairwoman of the
Management Board;
- Elected member Sh. Nurumbet – Acting Chairwoman of the Management
Board (from August 02, 2021).
The Management Board of ForteBank JSC now consists of seven persons: Sh.
Nurumbet, A. Auezkanov, G. Bisembiyeva, A. Dykanbayeva, B. Pirmatov, N.
Sarsebekov, V. Kirushko.
