/KASE, July 13, 2021/ – Fund of Problem Loans JSC provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers as of July 1, 2021. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 60,677,925, preferred shares - 125,000; - 60,539,600 common shares and 62,093 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole Company's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Government institution "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
