/KASE, July 13, 2021/ – Kaspi Bank JSC provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers as of July 1, 2021. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank is 39,000,000, preferred shares - 500,000; - 19,500,000 common shares and all preferred shares of the bank are outstanding; - the bank bought back 1,154,460 common shares and 127,516 preferred shares; - the sole bank's shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is KASPI GROUP JSC, who owns 17,668,952 shares of the bank (88.34% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank), including 17,347,729 common shares (94.56% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank) and 321,223 preferred shares of the bank (64.24% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the bank).
