/KASE, July 8, 2021/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanay), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on August 6, 2021 at 15:00
o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the meeting agenda;
- amending a major interested party transaction of the company concluded
with Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia JSC;
- entering into a major interested party transaction.
