/KASE, July 3, 2021/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 28, 2021 the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- Former BoD members: Xiao Huangin - Member of the Board of Directors;
- Elected BoD members: Guo Yi - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sun
Yanda - Member of the Board of Directors, Li Guocheng - Member of the
Board of Directors, Independent Director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maten
Petroleum JSC consists of three persons: Guo Yi, Sun Yanda, Li Guocheng.
